STUDIO POLICIES

Studio conduct

Dance Xtreme is committed to providing a positive, respectful and supportive environment for every dancer and family. Students, parents, and guests are expected to treat our faculty, staff, fellow dancers, studio property and curriculum with respect both inside and outside the studio. This expectation applies at performances, competitions, studio events and whenever representing Dance Xtreme.

Dance Season

The Dance Xtreme season runs from September through June and concludes with our annual recital performance. Recital participation is an important part of the complete dance experience, and students are expected to participate in both shows. Performance dates, times, and location will be announced during the season.

Families are responsible for purchasing the required costume, shoes, and tights for each dancer, as well as tickets for audience members attending the performances. All account balances must be paid in full before a dancer may participate in the recital.

Communication

To protect each dancers’ class time, please do not interrupt classes or approach instructors while they are teaching or transitioning between classes. Questions or concerns may be directed to the front desk or emailed to info@dancextremenb.com. Our team will respond as soon as possible and make time for a thoughtful conversation when needed.

Arrive On Time/Be Prepared

Students should arrive ready to dance, dressed according to the dress code, hair up and shoes in a small bag. Small children should be taken to the bathroom prior to class. Our staff does not guarantee supervision of a child dropped off too early or picked up late from class. Good Attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class.
